What is the typical turn-around time for Web site development?
We follow a very regimented process for Web production. Depending on the complexity of the site, our consulting and design phase of production will take two to three weeks. Upon approval of a site concept and requirements, production of the site will take three weeks (for static sites) and from four to eight weeks for database driven sites for development and integration of the database as well as e-commerce projects. We then allow two weeks for testing, bringing the total to six weeks for static sites and anywhere from nine to thirteen weeks for more complex, database-driven sites.

What is entailed in the “Conceptual Phase” of production?
Our designers have many years of experience in the industry and have all graduated from some of the top graphic design graduate programs in the country. They will marry the information from our requirements gathering meeting with data from industry and competitive research to arrive at functional and attractive concepts. These unique designs will contain ideas for home and sub-page treatments and will be presented to the client for feedback.

What are the specifications of TriggerID’s hosting services?
Our relationship with our clients continues long after their Web application goes live. Our 24x7 facility located in San Antonio, Texas provides peace of mind to our hosted clients in order to allow them to continue with their own business development.

We provide hosting solutions on Windows 2003 operating systems. All servers are connected directly to the Internet backbone via redundant OC48 connections. Our servers are equipped with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database applications as well as ColdFusion and other industry leading software. All data is backed up nightly to off-site servers running on separate connections.

Who owns the coding and graphic design after TriggerID completes a project?
Upon completion of a project and the receipt of final payment, we relinquish all ownership of the site, and its associated materials, to the client.

Does TriggerID provide any technical writing or copyrighting services?
We do not provide these services in house. We have, however, worked extensively with some very qualified firms in the Atlanta area and we would be more than happy to introduce you to a suitable partner.

Can TriggerID develop an entire identity package for me (Web, print brochures, logo, etc)?
Absolutely. We have developed numerous “full” identity packages for clients. Ask your TriggerID sales representative to show you examples of some of the logo, stationary, brochure, and Web packages that we have assembled.
